To serve and protect the site, the hosting infrastructure processes standard technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs.

If you choose to write by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, the data you send is used only to answer you.

Transfers

The site is served through Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes technical connection data as infrastructure provider. No other transfers take place.

Your ARCO rights

Under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), and revoke any consent given, by writing to agustin.carrillo@ordinara.ai.
